No — seating at Surf Shack is first come, first served. We're predominantly table service, with bar seating also available. For large private parties, we do offer catering packages.

While Tobay Beach itself is only open to Town of Oyster Bay residents, you do not need to be a Town of Oyster Bay resident to visit Surf Shack. When you arrive at the toll booth, just let them know you're headed to Surf Shack or The Boat Yard, and they'll provide you with a free 2-hour parking pass. After 5PM, the parking lot is completely open and free to the public.

Yes. We want everyone to enjoy the beach, with accessible parking, accessible restrooms, and access to our beachfront seating and bar areas.
